After receiving the initial down payment, project completion typically takes between 1-6 weeks, depending on the project’s scope.
2. Client Responsibilities
To keep your project on schedule, timely collaboration is essential. Clients are responsible for providing specific materials, such as branding assets, content, or other necessary information. Delays in providing these items may extend the overall timeline.
3. Project Abandonment and Cancellations
Polarity Design Co. considers a project abandoned if there has been no client response or required action within a set period, typically 30 days. Abandoned projects may be closed, and clients would need to initiate a new agreement to resume work, which may incur additional fees. Cancellations initiated by the client after the project begins are not eligible for refunds. We encourage clients to discuss any concerns or changes in their needs promptly to avoid disruption.

Polarity Design Co. does not offer refunds or adjustments after project commencement. We encourage clients to discuss any questions or concerns with us before starting the project to ensure our services align with their expectations.
